Dzikrun wa maw'idhtun wa nuur
Remembrance, admonition and light
Pengingat, Penegur, dan cahaya


فيهِ شفاءٌ للصدور
Fihi shifa'un lissuduur
A healing to the heart
Penyembuh hati

وشفيعُنا يومَ النشور
Wa shafi'una yawman nushuur
And our intercessor on Judgement Day

آياتُه تَروي المَدى
Ayatuhu tarwil mada
Its verses quench our thirst

وصفاتُه نبعُ الهُدى
Wa sifatuhu nab'ul huda
Its attributes are the source of guidance
Ia adalah sumber Panduan Kehidupan


نرقى الجنانَ بحُبهِ
Narqal jinana bihubbihi
We attain Paradise by loving it
Kita mencapai surga dengan mencintainya


لن تستقيمَ حياتُنا إلا بهِ 
Lan tastaqima hayatuna...Illa bihi
Our life will never be set right...without it
Hidup kita tidak akan pernah tertata ...

هو القرآنُ والفرقان
Huwa AlQuranu wal Furqan
It is the Quran, and the Criterion [between right & wrong]
Inilah Al-Quran, dan pemisah [antara benar & salah]


إليهِ تُنصِتُ الأكوان
Ilayhi tunsitul akwan
To it the worlds listen attentively
Karenanya dunia mendengarkan dengan penuh perhatian


وفيه تُعطّرُ الآذان
Wa fihi tu'attarul aathan
And the ears rejoice when they hear it
Dan indera pendengaran kita bergembira saat mendengarnya


هو القرآن
Huwa AlQuran
It is the Quran
Itulah dia Al-Quran


ضياءٌ يملأُ الآفاق
Diya'un yamla'ul aafaaq
An illumination that fills the horizons
Sebuah guratan yang mengisi cakrawala


ونورٌ يبعثُ الأشواق
Wa nuurun yab'athul ashwaaq
A light that awakens the yearning [for all that is good]
Cahaya yang membangkitkan kerinduan [untuk semua kebaikan]


وفيه مَحاسِنُ الأخلاق
Wa fihi mahasinul akhlaaq
Ethics and beautiful morals are contained within it
Etika dan akhlak yang indah terkandung di dalamnya


هو القرآن
Huwa AlQuran
It is the Quran
Itulah Al-Quran


كم يهتدي الحيرانُ  فيه
Kam yahtadil hayranu fih
It guides the lost and bewildered
Ia memandu orang yang tersesat dan bingung


والنّفسُ كم حنّت إليه
Wannafsu kam hannat ilayh
Our souls yearn for it so much
Jiwa kita sangat mendambakannya


يعلو ولا يُعلى عليه
Ya'lou wala yu'la 'alayh
It's the highest and nothing can exceed it
Ialah yang tertinggi dan tidak ada yang bisa melebihi itu


هيَّا نُرتِّلُ آيِهِ
Hayya nurattilu aayihi
Let us recite its verses
Mari kita baca ayat-ayatnya


ونعيشُ تحت ظلاله
Wa na'eeshu tahta dhilalihi
And live under its shade
Dan hiduplah di bawah naungannya


ننسى الهمومَ بقربه
Nansal humuuma biqurbihi
We’ll forget our worries when we are close to it
Kita akan melupakan keresahan saat kita dekat dengannya

لن تستقيمَ حياتُنا إلا بهِ 
Lan tastaqima hayatuna...Illa bihi
Our life will never be set right...without it
Hidup kita tidak akan pernah tertata ...

أسعِدْ به قلوبَنا
As'id bihi quluubana
Bring joy to our hearts through it
Bawalah kegembiraan dalam hati kita melaluinya

واغفِر به ذنوبَنا
Waghfir bihi thunuubana
Forgive our sins through it
Memohon ampun atas dosa kita melaluinya

واشرح به صدورنا
Washrah bihi suduurana
And relieve our heartaches through it
Dan meringankan sakit hati kita melaluinya

يا ربنا 

Ya Rabbana

O Lord! 

Ya Rabb...!

أذهِب به أحزاننا
Athhib bihi ahzaanana
Erase our sorrows through it

Hapuslah penderitaan kita melaluinya

فرّج به همومنا
Farrij bihi humuumana
Alleviate our hardships through it
Kurangi kesulitan kita melaluinya

واجعله شاهدا لنا يا ربنا
Waj'alhu shaahidan lana
And make it a witness on our behalf [on Judgement Day] O Lord!

Dan jadikan ia sebagai saksi atas nama kita [pada Hari Pembalasan]
